
'Pressure Cooker Cake- Don\'t have an oven at home, no worries. You can now follow this recipe and make your favourite cake in a pressure cooker. Learn how to make Chocolate Cake in a Pressure Cooker and it’s absolutely delicious. PRESSURE COOKER CAKE Ingredients 1½ cups refined flour (maida) ¾ cup castor sugar 1 tablespoon vanilla essence 1¼ cups oil ½ cup cocoa powder 1 teaspoon baking powder A pinch salt Whipped cream for topping Fresh blueberries for garnishing Fresh raspberries for garnishing Fresh blackberries for garnishing Fresh mint leaves for garnishing Method 1. Line a baking tin with parchment paper. 2. Beat together castor sugar, eggs and vanilla essence in a bowl. Add oil and beat again. 3. Sift in together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt and fold well into a smooth batter. 4. Pour batter in the lined tin and tap to level. 5. Heat sufficient water in a pressure cooker. Place the tin on the steamer, cover and pressure cook for 20-25 minutes. Remove from heat, cool and demould. 6. Top with some whipped cream, garnish with blueberries, raspberries, blackberries and mint leaves and serve immediately.
